By accessing the Playfableprime website, interacting with our concierge, and utilizing our luxury yacht charter services, you agree to be bound by these comprehensive Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Luxury Yacht Booking and Services
Playfableprime acts as the premier provider of private yacht charters across the Finnish Archipelago and Lapland. All vessel features, amenities, and crew services advertised are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute a booked vessel with one of equal or greater luxury in the rare event of mechanical failure prior to departure.
3. Passenger Conduct and Safety Onboard
The safety of our guests, crew, and vessels is paramount. The Captain holds ultimate authority onboard at all times. Passengers must strictly comply with all safety briefings and instructions. Playfableprime reserves the right to immediately terminate a charter, without refund, and return to port if passenger behavior is deemed illegal, grossly intoxicated, or endangers the vessel, crew, or other guests.
4. Liability and Limitations
While Playfableprime maintains the highest standards of safety and vessel maintenance, guests embark at their own risk. Playfableprime is not liable for personal injuries, accidents, or the loss/damage of personal property (including electronics, jewelry, or luggage) occurring onboard, during embarkation, or disembarkation, unless caused by our direct gross negligence or willful misconduct.
5. Force Majeure
Playfableprime shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from events beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, severe acts of nature (hurricanes, unseasonal ice blockages), government restrictions, maritime strikes, or sudden unavoidable mechanical breakdowns.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service, and any dispute arising from the charter of a Playfableprime yacht, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland. Any legal actions or proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts located in Helsinki, Finland.
